support

presence

Each appointment provides complete attention and presence for every individual.

The appointment can either be a meandering exploration or outcome focused with specific goals.

Our appointments are conducted via video or phone.

This offers complete convenience for the individual due to not traveling to external premises.

purpose

So often there has not been an opportunity to discover and celebrate each individual’s unique self.

Innately Me supports an intergrative exploration of who you are.

This self knowledge leads to enhanced decision making that is aligned with your values, enabling you to identify goals and develop skills you desire.

You will begin to adore the life you choose.

Lisa points out my strengths when I  am worn down & she holds me when I simply don't have the capacity. If ever I have felt diminished, discarded, or bruised, she listens & then holds a mirror up to my soul.

- client

The experience with Lisa has been empowering for me particularly in releasing self judgement and shame and more fully accepting myself.
