therefore very mindful of maintaining integrity and safety in our online and offline spaces.
SHARING SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM
Innately Me may impart skills, knowledge and wisdom to our clients or visitors via this website or during service provision. We are honoured to have built your trust in this way. However the support is not provided in a clinically therapeutic setting and as such the scope of practice is contained in this way. However, as an Affiliate Member of the Australian Psychological Society, we abide by thier General Principles of the Code of Ethics. We clearly state here the information and service provided is opinion only and is in not a substitute for clinical advice, treatment and management. We also do not provide any crisis support and encourage any person requiring immediate assistance to contact their local health services. We want to support you obtaining the right care at the right time to ensure your ongoing safety and wellbeing.
Payment
Payment of sessions for private clients are made at the time of creating an appointment from the online scheduling calender. NDIS clients will be invoiced for the session after each scheduled appointment with payment to be made within 7 days.
cancEllation
To ensure the honouring of both our time and energy appointments are to be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. If this does not occur a refund will not be provided to private clients and the full fee will be charged via invoice to NDIS clients.

To create an environment of consistency for all clients, if you arrive late to an appointment the session will still be required to conclude at the scheduled time, thus resulting in a reduced session time, with all sessions being non-transferable.
